Οι αισθητικές και λειτουργικές παρεμβάσεις στο κτίριο του Συλλόγου πραγματοποιήθηκαν με δωρεά του Ιδρύματος Ωνάση, με στόχο ο χώρος να γίνει πιο προσβάσιμος, πιο μοντέρνος, πιο εύρυθμος. Η πρωτοβουλία εντάσσεται στις ενέργειες του Ιδρύματος Ωνάση που εκτείνονται σε όλη την Ελλάδα, για την ανάδειξη των μνημείων ή των φορέων της δημιουργικής παράδοσης.
